iBerkshires has highlighted Lisa’s news of becoming a United States Hunter Jumper Association Certified Instructor. Join us in congratulating her on this accomplishment.
Don’t wait! We have not made a full announcement and are two registrations from filling our August 19 Farm Program week. Find the registration on our Summer Programs page.
This summer has a mix of 3-day and 5 (full and half) day horse sessions and one week of our farm program. Our summer program schedule is built around the Bonnie Lea horse showing schedule. Keep in mind, afternoon lessons run year round, should our weeks not meet your schedule.
Save The Dates: Bonnie Lea Farm is holding our horse shows on Sunday, June 30 and Sunday, July 28. Spectators are welcome.
The winter cold has come and gone and returned again. Please be sure to send your young riders with layers and gloves. We will insist they put their coats on when they are in and out of barns with only a single layer.
As for the horses, thank you to our wonderful barn family that assists in the blanket changes. It makes it easier for everyone when we help each other out.
Be sure to text Lisa if you or your youth rider won’t be riding due to the cold. Stay warm!
Is your resolution to do something for yourself? Your health? Your mind?
Riding is a fantastic way to be active. It can also be a wonderful way to ground ones self and reflect on our own energy and the impact it has on others (specifically horses). Riding and the friendships at the barn are also fun.
Come join the wonderful group of adult riders that are at Bonnie Lea. All levels are welcome.
