Cannoli is a 2020 homebred large Welsh pony gelding proudly offered for sale. He is a smokey buckskin with beautiful dapples that draw attention in the ring. Cannoli showed successfully on the local circuit in 2024 in the Baby Green hunters and Pleasures with an 11 year-old. He is ready to move up this year. We believe Cannoli has potential to be competitive at rated shows with continued training. Cannoli has an understanding of lateral work including: leg yielding, turn on the haunches/forehand, backing, and shoulder-in. He is light on the aides and carries himself well. We have used Cannoli for lessons and trail rides in addition to showing. He will cross water and jump natural obstacles as well as fences with filler. He can safely be ridden alone or in company. Ties, stands for braiding/vet/farrier (barefoot), clips, bathes, handles well with children, and loads on trailer.
